A nutrient-dense,whole foods diet including fruits, vegetables, lean meat and fish can help reduce inflammation within the body.
- A good example is the Mediterranean diet’ as it includes many foods with anti-inflammatory properties, including oily fish, a variety of colourful produce, whole grains and healthy fats.
